At peak times there may be a day or two delay. Orders requiring embroidery will take an extra 1 - 2 days. Non stock items will be despatched within 3 - 5 days. Please phone for stock availability if order is urgent. All our goods are sent either Royal Mail First Class packet post, or via DHL for larger orders. Delivery is normally the next day, but this is not guaranteed.
