We try to despatch orders for stock items placed before 10am on the same day, (excluding weekends and bank holidays, when they will be despatched on the next working day.) At peak times there may be a day or two delay. Orders requiring embroidery will take an extra 1 - 2 days. Non stock items will be despatched within 3 - 5 days. Please phone for stock availability if order is urgent. All our goods are sent either Royal Mail First Class packet post, or via DHL for larger orders. Delivery is normally the next day, but this is not guaranteed.
If you wish to return your purchase for exchange or refund send them via Royal Mail standard parcel post to us at Yarmouth Stores Ltd, 117 South Quay, Great Yarmouth, NR30 3LD. Please enclose the packing list with a note to say if you require an exchange or refund (which will be less the original postage). Please note embroidered garments cannot be exchanged.
