International Delivery Returns & Customs
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and the local delivery service.
Uncollected or Returned Parcels
If an international parcel is not collected, or cannot be delivered, the parcel may be returned to Yarmo.
Where tracking confirms that the parcel is being returned, we will monitor its progress and contact the customer where appropriate.
If the parcel is confirmed as returned to Yarmo, we will process any applicable refund once the goods have been received and checked.
If a parcel is delayed, held, or there is no confirmed movement back to Yarmo, we will investigate this with our delivery provider.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost or cannot be returned to Yarmo, we will work with the customer to resolve the order
Customs Duties, Taxes and Refusal of Delivery
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are willing and able to accept delivery and pay any applicable import charges.
If a customer refuses delivery because they do not wish to pay applicable customs duties, taxes or other charges, the parcel may be returned to Yarmo.
Where a parcel is returned to Yarmo following refusal of delivery, reasonable costs incurred as a result of the return may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
Where the parcel cannot be returned, or is lost during the return process, we will investigate the circumstances and we will work with the customer to resolve the matter.
Please note: A refusal of delivery does not automatically cancel an order or entitle the customer to an immediate refund. We may need to establish the status and location of the goods before processing a refund.
