Returns and Refunds 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us at the below address, print your order confirmation email and put this in the parcel with the goods and we will refund you to the credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Products that have been personalised for you with printing or embroidery cannot be returned.

 

It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition in its original packaging. We expect this to mean that you have kept all original packaging and labels, and that it is undamaged, unused and unwashed, otherwise a refund will be refused. If you return is approved will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item/s back in our returns centre.
