What is the difference between Sailcloth and Cotton Drill?

Cotton Drill and Cotton Sailcloth are essentially the same material, the only difference is the weave of the material. Sailcloth Cotton has a cross weave and Cotton Drill has a diagonal weave. Sailcloth is a tougher material and more suited for workwear, with increased wear resulting in you gaining much more value for money due to the long-lasting nature of the material.

Comfortable, hard wearing trousers!

I've now got a couple of pairs of these trousers and wear them most days for work mainly.
I wash them inside out on 40degrees and find that after the first few washes the fibres tighten up nicely, from here the fabric softens too. They are really comfortable, a bit looser than I'm used to in the leg, but that's turned out to he a real benefit. They don't tend to fall down as the waist band is higher rather than sitting on the hip...being looser in the leg is much better when bending down as it doesn't pull them down.
Pockets are deep enough and large enough to hold a large smartphone, wallet, keys and cash without falling out. The belt loops will only accommodate a 1.5" belt rather than 2".
Yarmo are a decent company to deal with and will help with sizing and returns. Best of all the clothing is made in the UK.
